1.While I am using Facebook my Firefox crashed. I try to restart the Firefox but I can't able to restart it. Again and again it keep on crashing. Now I reinstalled the Firefox it is fine but it may happen again. So I need permanent solution.

2. And my second problem is Firefox works very slow while using Facebook and Gmail. I cleared the caches and cookies but still it is slow but when comes to the other sites it works perfectly normal. Please help to solve this issues. Thank You..!!

You can check if you can start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift/Options key.


Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.
