I have windows 7 64 bit. I have tried uninstalling it and reloading it. but still does not load. Have gone to control panel and disabled all add-ons and still does not load. Any suggestions. PS Internet Explorer load, but Bing locks-ups sometimes. All other programs work. Blake

Just confirm one thing are you not able to load Firefox browser or not able to load pages after launching the browser ?

  • Do try of Restarting system(in case of no error message shown)and then open it again.
  • Check task bar if firefox is already running in background ? Close that instance(by right click on it and click End process). Then open your firefox again. See this :http://mzl.la/1BAQRzf

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.

Under Advanced, Select Network. Look for Configure How Firefox Connects and press the Settings button. If you are using a proxy, make sure those settings are correct. If there is no proxy, first use No Proxy. If there is a problem, then try System Proxy.

Some problems occurs when your Internet security program was set to trust the previous version of Firefox, but no longer recognizes your updated version as trusted. Now how to fix the problem: To allow Firefox to connect to the Internet again;

  • Make sure your Internet security software is up-to-date (i.e. you are running the latest version).
  • Remove Firefox from your program's list of trusted or recognized programs. For detailed instructions, see

Configure firewalls so that Firefox can access the Internet. {web link}

Open your firewall options. Remove any Firefox entries. Then start FF. The firewall should ask you for permission, or add FF itself.

Thanks! I will let you know if it works
