I have a few sites with security cameras installed that I access via a browser to monitor them. Everything has always worked fine until about 2 weeks ago. All of a sudden the Web Components plugin keeps timing out and crashing and no matter what I do, I cannot view the cameras any more.

It may be a windows update or a Firefox update so I am wondering if you have any suggestions.

I have submitted a crash report through FF about 3 times when prompted.

Thanks,

Mike

Hi,

Thanks for the response. It turns out that Bitdefender anti-virus was crashing the plugin so I changed to another AV and all is good now.

Thanks,

Mike

Hello there,

It could be that Firefox is infected with corrupt cookies and cache, but there is nothing to worry about.

If you could follow the steps below and delete your browser history:

1. Click the menu button, choose "History", and then "Clear Recent History" 2. Select how much history you want to clear ( Everything is recommended) 3. Finally, click the "Clear Now" button.

Keep us posted!
