I have version 36.0; however, I continue to get notice it is out of date. What should I do now?

I will try this again, the dialog stated I did not have permission to access.

I refreshed FireFox because I was having some lag issues with the browser. After it was reset I now get the following:

"Looks like you’re using an older version of Firefox." FireFox

"You have been redirected to the basic HTML version because this browser is not supported. To use standard view please upgrade to a supported browser." Gmail

"Oops, your web browser is no longer supported.

YouTube works with a wide range of browsers. However, if you'd like to use many of our latest and greatest features, please upgrade to a modern, fully supported browser.

Find the latest versions of our supported browsers below." YouTube

I have version 36.0 and it shows my browser is currently up to date in the "About FireFox" (see attached photo).

Please advise

hi gibfish, your useragent (the information the browser sends to websites to identify its version) - apparently mistakenly - shows you're on firefox version 3.6.11. probably some sort of toolbar or adware has overwritten it. please refer to this article in order to reset the user-agent settings in firefox: How to reset the default user agent on Firefox
