jWhen no one can answer or offer a solution to my problem, is there anyway to contact the developers who may be able to answer my question?
No one was able to answer my question regarding installing Firefox - "It asks if I want to run or save. Follow instructions by pressing "run." then a box opens with the statement "endpoint mapper database entry could not be created." Tried it from Chrome and from Internet Explorer. Got the same message. I don't even know what an endpoint mapper is muchless how it may be created. So, now what." only one speculation.
So now my new question is - Do I just give up the idea of installing Firefox? Or is there a Mozilla person I can contact? Couldn't find anyone to contact on the website, or did i somehow miss it.
