Using http://www.routerlogin.com to log in to my Netgear Genie (router control) page. It has a "Basic" and "Advanced" tab. The Basic tab page and sub-pages load just fine. But clicking on the Advanced tab, none of the pages will load.

This is only in Firefox 35.0.1. The Advanced tab pages load just fine in Internet Explorer.

OK, can I ask if you have an ad-blocking or popup-blocking add on installed in your Firefox? If so a good start would be to disable it and try again. If not, then could you tell us which version of IE it does work in please. jeffreywilens said

You are correct. After posting here I found the solution on a Netgear forum. You have to disable Adblock Plus or the "Advanced Tab" windows will not open property in Netgear Genie. I disabled it for the router login page.

My firefox updated to version 38.0.5 and when I log into my netgear router admin page the pages is not displaying correctly and is not functioning. I rolled back IE to IE 9 and the page is working. No popup blockers, disabled firewall. Deleted temp, history etc.
