What does a DVD have to do with a Firefox Account? Firefox Accounts are for consumer services run by Mozilla. https://wiki.mozilla.org/Identity/Firefox_Accounts

Firefox doesn't play DVD's, that's a function of the operating system.

Normally Vista will auto run a DVD when it is inserted and the "drawer" is closed. Open My Computer on the desktop. Then locate the CD / DVD drive under Removable Storage Device. Right-click that device and use Open ...
