lost the arrow icon to download programs on toolbar

Hello,

Please follow the following steps:

1. go to option(three bars) and pick customize from there. 2. Customization screen will open then you will see the arrow on the customization screen. 3. press and hold the arrow and drag and then drop it on the toolbar. 4. exit customize. you are done.
