I am getting messages that videos cannot be shown because I need flashplayer updated. When I try to install and run, I get the message that Firefox is blocking it. How do I get my videos back?

Chosen solution

Your System Details list shows a rather old Shockwave Flash 11.8 r800 plugin.

You can uninstall the current Flash player version and (re)install the latest Flash version.

See this about uninstalling Flash players:

Note that this will remove all installed Flash players.

You might be seeing a malicious warning and accidentally downloading malware. Try downloading the latest version from the official website: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
