Hello

I have been added a lot of folders and bookmarks in bookmark section and these bookmarks will increase in the future...So i have two questions:

1- If i add too many bookmarks , does it have any effect on firefox performance??

2- How can i export just a part of bookmarks to a HTML file??? (for example just a folder from several folders in bookmark section)

Firefox Ver: 34.0.5 Windows: 7 ultimate

thanks

Hello MiladIT

  1. No, too many bookmarks, does not have any effect on firefox performance. Go for it ! :-)

You would have to create an HTML backup with all the bookmarks and edit this HTML file to remove unwanted bookmarks.

An alternative would be to use a second profile and both instances open at the same time. Then you can use the clipboard and copy and paste selected bookmark to the Bookmarks Manager (Library) in the second profile.

You can add -no-remote to the command line to open another Firefox instance with its own profile and run multiple Firefox instances simultaneously.
