Hello quux, we're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste that into the "Post a Reply" box. (Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the ID's. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like)

Can you post a link to that website if it is a publicly accessible page (i.e. no authentication or signing on required)?

I have resetted firefox and it seems that error reports are gone (if they existed since there were no any prompts for sending report, firefox just crushed, 1 time I could not find the solution except reloading ubuntu, but it could not load. I loaded another kernel version in grub menu and it fixed some error about /tmp folder, my bad I didnt read the error). I am trying to reproduce this bug, but it have successfully sent report yesterday. I would like not to post the link in public access, I sent you private message.

See if there are updates for your graphics drive drivers https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration

Go to the Rapport web site. Download the full installer of the current program and save it. Remove the current program, then run the installer.

Hi andrewrogers

Could you please start a new thread for your question if the below posted suggestions do not work.

Then you can provide more information like your operating system and installed extensions and installed plugins.

In case of crashes also please add some recent crash IDs that you can find on the about:crashes page and that start with a "bp-" prefix

Note that your crashes are likely a problem with Trusteer Report software (RapportTanzanxx.DLL). Make sure that you have the latest updates of your Trusteer software. You can try to contact Trusteer for support.
