You need to give us more information. What were you doing? What happen at the time? Was it from a web site? Which one? What do you think happen or why it happen?
These were flagged in the crash reports;
nvwgf2um.dll = NVIDIA D3D10 drivers from NVIDIA Corporation.
nvd3dum.dll = NVIDIA Windows Vista WDDM driver
Check for updates at their home web site.
Hi, thank you for your reply! I had street view full screen. FF crashed when I switched fullscreen to normal window mode. No idea if it is Nvidia or the way that FF is handling nvidia drivers. I read about a lot of FF issues with gpu drivers. gpu end 2012, driver 344.48. its strange. never had problems. I dont find the mozilla survey link, where I could send the raw data.
another, less critical (!) issue, latest nvidia drivers.

Crash Reason EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_READ
maybe that mozilla doesnt perform deeply all the tests before release every 6 week?
A question.
if the nvidia driver is corrupted, why I can watch 4k videos at 48Mbps without problems? and why the driver becomes "corrupted" in FF only?
Process Type plugin Shockwave Flash
I did not say that nvidia driver is corrupted, I said check it's home web site for updates.
that sounds very curious. I have the latest WHQ drivers. no idea what do to now. you tell me: check for driver update nvidia tells me "uninstall firefox with revo"
this behaviour is normal in Italy ok, but mozilla and nvidia are american, therefore I hope a more helpful reply, a bit "less italian style" i.e. A "its due to B", B "its due to A". ...and the user remains astonished (and with crashes). thanks.
Modified
out of curiosity here the answer:
Hello Georg,
Thank you for the update
I am sorry for the inconveniences being caused but the fact that the issue started only after upgrading FireFox and other browsers work correctly, also other video players work correctly points the issue towards the browser itself. Hence we suggest that you discuss the issue with FireFox to help them check and provide a suitable solution
The reports provided by you were not helpful in analyzing because they are to be analyzed by the developer of FireFox and they would be the best people to check these reports
We understand the inconvenience but since the issue does not seem to be related to the drivers even reinstalling them may not change the performance of FireFox. We sincerely suggest that you continue to have the issue analyzed by the developer of the browser and let us know the results
Looking forward to your update
Warm Regards, NVIDIA Customer Care
Okay. The reason I wanted you to check for updates is that many were complaining about problems, and it turned out their graphics drive drivers needed to be updated.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;
Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.
Under Advanced, Select General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.
Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?
Then restart.
yes, so its better!! without acceleration.
but ...since my gpu is not so old (end 2012) I warmly hope to be able to use hw acceleration active, as it happened - without problems - until FF33 ;) otherwise the ff33 amelioraments are "fake amelioraments" or amelioraments not fully tested. ...and mozilla has not blacklisted my gpu (hopefully they will not blacklist a gpu from the end of 2012) ;)
