Just recently Mozilla FF stopped recognizing my username or password for logging into my credit union account. Yet Google's Chrome still does. Any ideas as to why and what the solution might be? To my knowledge I have not made any changes to warrant this problem.

Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • The image "new fx menu" does not exist. > Options/Preferences> Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • The image "new fx menu" does not exist. > Options/Preferences > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
