Here are 2 urls that does not work: - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/ - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1038444

The problems occurs with Firefox 26 & 32. Firefox is used behing a proxy.

These links didn't help: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/websites-dont-load-troubleshoot-and-fix-errors https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/websites-look-wrong-or-appear-differently

I made screenshots but I cannot attached them (!?!). Let me know how I can provided them.

I can provide any further information if needed.

Thanks & Regards Christian

Hello Christian, nobody can attach a screenshot in the first question, the only way to attach the screenshot is by clicking the Browse... button below the Post your reply box.

thank you

Check the date and time and time zone in the clock on your computer: (double) click the clock icon on the Windows Taskbar.

Hello there, Have You made sure that your internet connection has proper bandwidth/speed? The page you are viewing appears to be of a mobile quality. Else check your timezone on going to the bottom right hand corner click on the date and time button and view your timezone. Else change it to your own country timezone if required. Also make sure you have an updated version of Firefox! Thank you,

As described in the original post, I use the latest version Firefox 32. I have also Chrome installed in my system and it works correctly (and I use it to access this support page as Firefox doesn't work with https://support.mozilla.org). My system is a laptop and not a mobile. The timezone is correct. Chrome works without these problems. There is no bandwith problem. I can see videos on youtube correctly with Chrome. Facebook and youtube doesn't work with Firefox 32 too but let start with https://support.mozilla.org. There is a proxy. This may be a hint albeit Chrome does not have problem with it.

You can open the Web Console (Firefox/Tools > Web Developer). Check on the Network tab if any content is blocked and has a file size 0 (zero).

Ok. I'll try the web console on monday.

I tried again with both urls with web console: - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/ - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1038444

There is no warning or error in the console however there are indeed contents blocked in the network tab. See attached screenshots.

So any hint with the attached screenshots about blocked contents?
