Go to Adobe.com, and update ALL of their software.
If you are still having problems, please post the last 5 crash reports.
You probably do not need the Adobe Director plugin disable that or consider uninstalling it at least to see if that helps . (What do you need it for ?)
You apparently have
- Shockwave Flash 14.0 r0
- Adobe Shockwave for Director Netscape plug-in, version 12.1.2.152
I will have a look at the related bugs and see if I see any clues.
- Report for your Flash Hang, Crash ID: bp-170a4a00-dc78-43ea-a116-386ea2140618
- Cash Signature: hang | WaitForMultipleObjectsEx | RealMsgWaitForMultipleObjectsEx | MsgWaitForMultipleObjects | F_1152915508___________________________________
You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
