Hello. when i want to start mozilla, first three times it always crash. after 3rd time mozilla starts normaly. help pls

hello, please enter about:crashes into the firefox location bar, copy the latest few report ids from there & paste them here into a forum reply. this will give us a better understanding what may be triggering those crashes.
No report of the crash has not been sent.....:(

this might indicate that this is an issue with malware on your system. please run a full scan of your system with the security software already in place and different tools like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner, microsoft safety scanner & kaspersky security scan.

Try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
in safe mode with network support..its runs perfectly...no crashes.....mozilla opens with no crashes
You can use the MSConfig program or the Autoruns utility to see which software and services are getting started.
If it works in Windows Safe mode then you have a problem with other software, likely security software or a system driver, that is running on your computer.
i'm gonna put some fresh Windows system on.......thx guys
