Titlebar messed up when "Disable Visual Themes" is checked in Win 7 Compatibility Tab

I discovered a problem if "Disable Visual Themes" is checked in the Windows 7 Properties Compatibility tab. Basically the Title Bar(or where it would be if the tabs weren't there) is still visible and the Minimize, Maximize and Close buttons are gone. What's really weird though is that I get the same problem display if I open a link from a program that has Visual Themes disabled (in this case Outlook 2003). If I click on a link in outlook then FF4 opens with the corrupted titlebar. If I turn themes back on in Outlook and click on the same link, then FF4 displays just fine. Not a big deal but it's just something I found.
