How do I get the flowers off my toolbars and back to plain blue?

Recently my Google tool bars changed from light blue to a bunch of flowers. I have looked all over the site to try to restore the plain look. How do I get rid of the flowers?

Tools>Add-ons>Themes click the persona click uninstall https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Using+themes+with+Firefox

I recently bought a new computer. I installed Firefox and my tool bar is a blah gray color. How do i get the bright blue bar back.. this is so hard on my eyes with reading..
