Hello to everyone.

I hope I'm able to describe my frustrating situation.

It has to do with online buying via Internet combined with a transaction confirmation over my Banking app. The problem occurs when I try to book or buy anything with the use of my banking Visa card. After I filled every field necessary and proceed the transaction, the process "secure by Visa" starts, where I have to commit, that I am the proper owner of the card. Concrete: I receive a message from my banking app where I have to confirm the transaction. After I confirmed it and the return to Firefox, the page reloads and everything I did before is gone... means: no buy, no booking was made... This can be repeated until the end of days without any success. The bank is not able to help me. According to them, everything work fine with any client.

One question for the start of the discussion... why is the page loading, why the page doesn't stay "stable" until I return from the banking app?
