I got a password manager app but ended up uninstalling it. In the process, the normal insertion of my user name and password on accounts I use no longer happened. The information is still in my password file on my iMac, but when I access, for example, my bank, I have to enter my user name and password by hand. Before I tried the password manager (Roboform), there was no problem.

Then that isn't a Firefox browser password manager issues since it never saved any login/pswd to the Firefox browser itself.
