Show "Manage History" as default instead of sidebar

When i press Ctrl+H, i get the history sidebar. I'd like to exchange this for the "Manage History" window instead.

I know there's the Ctrl+Shift+H shortcut but it annoys me to press yet another key to get this.

Unless you use a script to change or css options those are defaults and will be as is. If you want to do more customization you will have to search online to find other options.
