Hey i have had this problem since i updated to the latest firefox version, now when i press my middle mouse button instead of using it Autoscroll with a singular mouse button click it now uses a different kind of scroll where it holds the page and scrolls the page by dragging the page, i think this is called "overscroll".

I want to go back to the ability to use Autoscroll (The circle with 2 arrows and then just having to move the mouse in the direction of the top or bottom page to scroll) is there a way i can disable this other middle mouse button function and use autoscroll instead? i cant seem to find it in the settings.
