Mozilla v95.0b5 (64-bit Address book - Unable to add new contacts

I just went to add a new contact to the Address book in my installation of Mozilla v95.0b5 (64-bit) and discovered that the "New Contact" button that I would normally select to initiate the process is displayed in a light grey color (as shown in the attached screen capture) and is unresponsive.

What do I need to do in order to restore the ability to add new contacts?
