Good day I am running Thunderbird 78.11.0(64bit) on a MacBook Pro with Catalina 10.15.7. When I start Thunderbird it starts OK, but doesn't display any folders. I tried deleting the .msf files but it had no impact. What else can I try? Many thanks

Hello there Gordon 35. We have read your message. We try to help you.

Oké ,we can try to reinstall the Thunderbird Software. Or you could reinstall them both. Your Operating system and the Thunderbird Software.

You can also use to rebuild the database by reading this form below

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/rebuilding-global-database It can change some issues.

Or Disable all add-ons and extensions run Thunderbird in safe modus. Look if this problem has disappeared , it is then this might be the problem.

Thank you very much I deleted the global-messages-db.sqlite file and that solved the problem.
