Hi Elisia, sorry to hear about your bookmarks. Did this occur after a recent software update, such as a Firefox update or a Windows update?

Have you already tried shutting down Windows and restarting it to free up locked files and complete any pending updates?

Did your Firefox perform a "Refresh"? That would add an "Old Firefox Data" folder to your desktop.
