How can I add a similar functionality like that of in Google Chrome where it asks if I want the website translated, it does it inline. A lot of the linked addons are missing now on old threads. And the addons that I do see either only translate selected words, or if they have the option to translate the whole page, they just send it to translate.google.com in a new tab which won't do especially for websites that require me to be logged in to it. Which is why inline full-page translation is a must.
