Page displayed incorrectly.
Basically, any page that I visit has a chance of displayed not properly. An example: https://i.imgur.com/Uor8rSr.png Where only the header is visible, and the search thing along with other information is not visible.
However, if I zoom in or out a bit, it fixes itself: https://i.imgur.com/nrUd61U.png
Another way to fix issue without reloading the page would be to close the tab, open another tab, go to the problematic page again.
None of those options really sound like good long-term solutions. I would like for my pages to simply load in correctly.
So far I've nuked all the cache, reinstalled firefox, removed strap-ons - does not really help.

ClearType Issue
Missing content plus reapperance on zoom are characteristic of a new bug in Firefox 59-60 affecting users who disabled ClearType font smoothing in their Windows settings. This is expected to be fixed in a 59.0.2 update but the timing is not clear.
If you don't want to re-enable ClearType, then the workaround is to temporarily disable Firefox from using hardware acceleration. The following article has the steps for that, and the change takes effect the next time you exit Firefox and start it up again:
Firefox's performance settings
Any improvement?
