When I go to print from a website I get a message now that firefox has crashed, can you please fix this as I never had this issue before?

This started today when I go to print out a coupon I bought; when I hit print I get a drop-down screen that says Firefox has crashed. It doesn't tell me how to fix the problem. I have tried numerous times now & it keeps crashing. Very frustrating, can you please resolve? e-mail me at mnaft@roadrunner.com with what to do. Sincerely, Manny

Might want to check manufacturers for newer program/frivers and also know that Microsoft on Win 10 can and will change your hardware drivers. Can look in Device Manger to find out. https://www.howtogeek.com/302595/how-to-stop-windows-10-from-automatically-updating-hardware-drivers/
