I 'refreshed' Firefox and it changed the 'look'. I just want to put it back to what it was including the view.

Hi, to bring up the menu bar (File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, Help) temporarily, press Alt. If you would like it to remain there all the time, right click in the tab bar (but not on a tab) and tick/check Menu Bar.

Not sure what you mean by 'crap' at the top of the page. If anything else is wrong, please provide us with a screenshot. If you need help to create a screenshot, please see How do I create a screenshot of my problem?

Once you've done this, attach the saved screenshot file to your forum post by clicking the Browse... button below the Post your reply box. This will help us to visualize the problem.
