Hello, on November 13, 2015 I installed new OS on my computer and after that i made sync with Firefox and after that all my previous bookmarks were deleted. Could you please help me to restore my previous bookmarks.

Don't delay in performing the restoration. By default, Firefox saves 15 days of bookmarkbackup files so you're almost out of time. Today is the 13th day since your new OS installation.

but when i go to the Import and Backup button and choose Restore there is no files before my new OS installation

How did you backup your data before installing the new OS?

Did you use Sync for the backup? (Not the intended purpose of Sync.) If so, did you have any problems when trying to connect to Sync with the new OS and new Firefox installation? Like needing to reset your Password for Sync?
