BitDefender Search Advisor don't work only in Firefox?

I have BitDefender Total Security installed on my PC. BitDefender Search Advisor worked fine until last week. I don't know why stopped working. I tried reset Firefox and that don't solve my problem. I think that problem is in FIrefox browser because BitDefender Total Security work fine in other browsers (Chrome, Internet explorer) but I would like to continue using Firefox because it is best web browser. Many thanks

I will need to research the issue further.

Recently, Firefox was updated to Firefox 32.0 and it is possible that BitDefender Search Advisor is not yet compatible with the newest version of Firefox. If this is the case, there is nothing that can be done by Mozilla.

If you are interested in an alternative software to use while the issue is being resolved, I recommend downloading Web Of Trust.

Please also ensure that BitDefender Search Advisor appears in either the extensions page on your browser or the plugins page and ensure that it is enabled.
