How to make the new Firefox look like the old Firefox might help. and no, you need to install 29.0.1

Can "Classic Theme Restorer" Add-On make this new version look exactly like that? Especially the FXChrome Theme

Firefox 29 will actually make it look almost exactly like that without any extensions ;)

IMO, the screenshot you posted of the FXChrome Theme looks better than Australis does. The Classic Theme Restorer add-on is for a "retro" look - to make Firefox 29 look like Firefox 28 and earlier versions. IOW, the opposite of what you are after.

Instead of saying that "everything" is destroyed, can you give a point by point list of what you want to change?

Personally, I am customizing Firefox 29 by using mostly UserStyles and userChrome.css code to move or fix what I don't like.

If you want toolbar buttons in the location bar container then you would need the Classic Theme Restorer extension.

This extension would also restore the Add-on Bar at the bottom.

You can look at the Classic Theme Restorer extension to restore some functionality that was lost with the arrival of the Australis style in Firefox 29.

The "Everything" is actually referring to the Look and Feel aspect. Even though FXChrome do have update on version 29.0.1, it doesn't feel the same

When my Firefox first updated to 29.0.1, from my short experience on it, all the buttons/icons from Add-on bar are moved to the Toolbar including Main menu, for me it's too much button. When I'm trying to customizing it, I can't find the option to enable the Add-on Bar, and that's the first point why i don't like this UI update.

Second, the Main Menu for me just doesn't feel right, for me, it's way too big for a menu, I like a compact menu, and there's nothing much for the Customization beside moving the icons, can't even placing the Home icon between Back and Address Bar.

I'm using FXChrome to match the style with Windows Aero Theme. And I'm just too lazy to customize with CSS.

Summarizing the feature I really want: Old Main Menu placement, The Compact Main Menu itself, Add-on Bar, more placement on Customization, and The FXChrome to looks like the same as the previous version.
