how do you email firefox tech support?

You can't email us, sorry. We are volunteers and don't currently have email addresses, or even one between us all. I'll point it out in the next meeting, but I think we didn't get them for a reason.

so firefox has no tech support? all the help ive gotten from volunteers so far is to delete firefox and my profile, reinstall and download a half dozen apps that arnt doing anything helpful, and seem to be degrading my situation further.
