Can I retrieve my settings somehow?

When I started Firefox today I had lost my settings. The persona was set to default, the saved passwords where gone and my starting page was reset. My toolbars are still there but NoScript is reset so all my NoScript exeptions are gone. Is there anyway I can retrieve the settings I had yesterday? I haven't done anything out of the ordinary with my computer recently that I know of, no updates etc.

I made a system recovery and got my settings back.
