Backup restoration password required keeps appearing but server error 404 will not let me set up password. This is on my screen every day!!

Every time I open my computer I have this notice: Backup restoration password required. In order to perform backup or restoration for this account, you need to enter the account password. Not knowing my password, I click on "Forgot Password" and that's when I get the message "Server Error-404 - file or directory not found." This is driving me crazy and I hope you can help me.
