I used to access my hotmail account through the startup. Something happened and now I get this message The Windows Live Network is unavailable from this site for one of the following reasons: I cannot open my hotmail account at all.

I Need to get access to hotmail so that I can access my email account 

Here is the message I get now  and I cannot access my email at all.

   * This site may be experiencing a problem
   * The site may not be a member of the Windows Live Network
