Since v97 (approximately) the print dialog panel has not worked properly. None of the drop-down menus work in the control box on the right. For instance, I can't change the print destination to PDF, I can't change the paper size to A4, it's stuck at 'US Letter' (a size of paper that is virtually unobtainable in GB), I can't change the pages I print, it's stuck at 'all'. The only controls that work are Copies, Orientation and Scale. I've done all the Troubleshooting steps in the Help pages but nothing has changed the defective behaviour of the print dialog, either for the better or for the worse. Can you advise?
