I Reinstalled my pc, and I had my account in a virtual machine, so now I cannot have all the bookmarks and things that I had, please help.

When the Firefox Account password is changed / "reset" all the data on the Sync server is deleted; the password was used to provide the encryption algorithm for the uploaded data. When the password is reset that data can not be decrypted with the new password and becomes a useless "blob". A fatal mistake.
That "reset" is also a maintenance, should your data ever become corrupt and gets to the corrupted data "circling the drain"; clears the data on the Sync server so that after doing Places Maintenance on laptop / desktop Firefox the corruption is wiped out when using "reset" for the Firefox Account.

Over the first 4 or 5 years with Sync v 1.1, I ended up having to create 4 new Sync accounts (new email address, which was the username) due to data corruption; the "reset" feature with Sync v 1.5 allowed me to get beyond that issue with needing to clear corruption.

Do any of your other devices that were connected to Sync still have your Firefox data?
If so, connecting one or more of those other devices will feed that data to the Sync server afresh; and from the Sync server you should be able to get that data to the virtual machine OR into that new Firefox installation.

Hi oriolauge234, glad to see you on Mozilla Support Forum.

Is Sync working on any other devices?

If that is the only device that has ever been connected to your Sync account you were miss-using Sync. Sync is not intended for backup purposes with a single device.

The problem with using it in that manner usually turns out to be that the user reset their Sync / Firefox Account password, which clears all data for that account on the Sync server. Sync data is encrypted via the original password and that data can't be decrypted with a different password. thus the data is useless and is cleared so the account can get a fresh load of data allowing the user to keep using their Firefox Account.

When I updated my password I got a message in my E-Mail saying that I needed to login in the other devices I got my account in, the thing is I don't remember at all what devices I was logged in, I just remember about my virtual machine, wich I don't have anymore since I reinstalled my pc.

Ok, so yesterday I remembered that I had my virtual machine in the hardrive, so I reinstalled virtualbox and tried to run my virtual machine, and it worked! So I just synced my account with the virtual machine, and I have everything back. Thanks for the help!
