I'm have the same/similar problem. All my tabs' urls are replaced with something like: moz-extension://3aa1a346-dcd6-4fab-a182-acd2587536ae/replaced/replaced.html?state=redirect&title=1325732%20%E2%80%93%20crash%20when%20opening%20dialog%20for%20installing%20add-on%20from%20file.%20claims%20%22Too%20many%20open%20files%22&url=https%3A//bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi%3Fid%3D1325732&favIconUrl=https%3A//bugzilla.mozilla.org/extensions/BMO/web/images/favicon.ico

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

• switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
• do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
