Over the last 5 or 6 months, Firefox seems to have lost the capacity to remember my open tabs if my Mac is forced to restart. These open tabs are vital to my workflow. If this can't be solved, I shall have to migrate to another browser, which is something I do not wish to do.

My Firefox version is 147.0.4; my computer a Mac Studio 2025 M3 Ultra; my OS Tahoe 26.3.

Please advise.

The last update (which was VERY rocky... I had to reinstall and functionality has NOT been great since) eliminated the Bookmarks icon from the top ribbon. I've looked through settings, but find no way to restore it. Can it be restored? I now have to click the menu, Settings, and THEN Bookmarks.

My windows MSN app says this. When I select '"Open in Browser", this happens.

However, when I select "Video Hub", it works normally.

I tried clearing the cache and cookies. Reset. Uninstalled/reinstalled. I can separately access the website on Firefox.

Since last two updates, I noted I can't click on the URL field or any icons next to each other two versions ago. I changed the Bluetooth mouse to a lined mouse, then it went OK. But with the latest update, again, the same symptom occured and persists: I am on MacBookPro, so I manage to Command+any command key.

How can I restore and click on URL field, copy URL, or reload the URL address again? OF course, I need to use other icons for each function.

Hello. Is it possible to hide or delete the "Search bookmarks," "Manage bookmarks," and "Other bookmarks" options in Firefox? I personally never use them, so I'd like to remove them if possible. I was wondering why there are two "Manage bookmarks" items in the "Bookmarks menu."

Hello, I'm using Firefox 147.0.4 on Windows 11. When I open the Adobe Firefly website and I try to upload a file to the Adobe server using drag and drop or by browsing the Windows file system, nothing happens ... There's no error message, but the file isn't uploaded. Of course, this site works perfectly with Opera or Edge... On the Adobe forums, many users have the same problem with Firefox, and Adobe's response is always the same: change browsers ! Why hasn't firefox 147.0.4 updated to firefox 148 ? The computer is windows 10 home 64 bit that is enrolled in extended security updates. The update has been released a few days ago I believe, in Canada,also I;m wondering if there is a button that is available in "about:config" that forces a update check. Thanks James

About a month ago, firefox started requesting i use a "USB key" when logging into hotmail or ebay. i do not have a USB key and have not knowingly selected that as an option. how do i turn that off. i can work around it but its becoming more annoying and seems to be spreading to other secure websites.

Hi, I'm trying to stop search from jumping to the address bar.

browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.improvesearch.handoffToAwesomebar is not working.

Nor is keyword.enabled.

Cleared the cache etc. Odd time it works but goes back once restarted.

It has worked in the past. Could you help please Thanks Guy
