I am the developer of the "FlagCookies" - add-on: https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/flag-cookies/

I would like to make a request to include "window id" and "tab id" in the cookie "onCookieChanged" -Event triggered dynamically.

At the present state it is not possible to identify where a cookie is originating from, only the "cookies.cookie" values, but no values for "Window" and "Tab Id" which would dramatically help to assign a cookie to a particular domain even if the "cookie.originURL" or "cookie.url" is different from the surfed on website.

As an example, you can visit "https://freenet.de" which loads different ad trackers - which cookies are displayed as "Cross Origin" in Flag Cookies. A screenshot is attached.

In case you need clarification or more information, please let me know.

About every month or so Firefox decides to delete my login info and i have to relog everywhere again.

While this is not a critical issue, its a very annoying one.

My cookie settings are on standard, and the "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" square is unticked. I use Dashlane for my passwords but ive used it for a long time before on mozilla and other browsers and i've never had issues with it.

I try to setup Firefox so that it is blank in all categories but I still Find Bing under Settings, Private & Security, Manage Data even though I added both http and https://www.bing.com to block status?? I do this so that I can securely and privately connect to my services such as banks, medicare, etc. No Reply Necessary. I always check this when getting ready to connect and remove the cookie. I have attached images of what slowly occurs when I don't clear my cookies, websites start to slowly and slowly load less and less until they eventually completely break and wont load and I have to clear my cookies, resign into everything. and rinse and repeat every few days or a week, I also attached an image of what the purchase screen is supposed to look like. It looks like firefox is set up to accept cookies. Where do we need to make the change?

Several times now when I access my banking site and export data, the exported data is not correct. Sometimes columns are missing or columns are in the wrong order. One time even the display showed missing columns. Another example is when I look up a stock quote, sometimes the numbers from previous days are displayed. Troubleshooting with the site manager we found if I cleared cache and cookies, the problem went away. Everything works for several days, then the problem reappears.

Clearing the cookies is simple enough but then I have to be re-verified on all of the sites that require such and that becomes a real pain. (ie. We are sending you a text, please enter the number to continue)

Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge both work fine with this site. Please don't make me switch but I will if this continues.

So for my main gmail I have 2 step for obvious security reasons, but I want it to trust my PC so that I don't have to pull out my phone every time I try to access it. No matter how many times I click the option to trust this PC it always ask' for the 2 step, and I don't see the PC on the trusted list in my gmail settings. I have already added "mail.google.com" to the exceptions part of the cookie and site data settings, even "account.google.com" but it just doesn't seem to work. What is the obvious thing that I am missing?

Why am I locked out. I play every day and today I can't get through and Google said it might be a Cookies issue. Need help please. Not very savy re. Cookies. I am a Senior.

Should I be concerned? getting many, over 20, safeframe.googlesyndication cookies on firefox using yahoo and weatherunderground. I delete them and they come right back. Only on new laptop win11 v22H2. Firefox ver 111.0.1 This is a new laptop. I do not have these cookies on 3 other laptops, 2 windows 10, 1 win 11 also new. I see these cookies on CCleaner

With my previous browsers--such as Chrome and Brave--I could automatically get into key sites without signing in every time. I thought this was due to cookies that my login passcodes. In the case of Google, it is by far the most challenging. Despite having a gmail account since early 2003, and using Google regularly since the '90s, it persists in asking me lots of questions and texting codes, etc.

My situation with Firefox is not working smoothly as it was when I used it for many years about a decade ago. I've already imported such browser data from these sites.

Can you help? Otherwise, I'll move on to Safari again.

I'm not anywhere close to understanding how to change anything (not technology-suave) so need BIG help on getting rid of ad popups when I'm on email account!

I love Firefox and until lately (before I had to replace my old STOLEN laptop with a new one) and using Yahoo... I have been plagued with hundreds of popup ads! Don't like GOOGLE... think they may be BIG BROTHER!

HELP (simple instructions only for an 80 year old)!

I have twice come across a glitch on the Firefox version of tumblr. The notifications will remain entirely static, regardless of how many items are in my dash or how many people have interacted with my posts. I am sure this is a Firefox issue as logging onto Google Chrome removes this issue entirely. I have temporarily removed cookies and passwords for tumblr, but the issue has not improved.
