Amazon pages don't load on Firefox 146.0.1 (64 bit). I'm using a Windows 11 Desktop PC. I cleared the cache but still have the problem. Please advise. I've used Firefox as my primary browser for decades but if this issue is not resolved, I may be forced to switch to a new primary browser. Anthony

• Old laptop can no longer access the internet; corrupt Windows 10. Bought a new HP laptop. Have Sync turned on on both laptops but am not getting any favorites, passwords that I desperately need. What are my options given the old laptop can't connect.

When I encounter an embedded video on a website that plays, an icon to toggle picture in picture pops up in the URL bar (see attached image). I don't use picture in picture, and for some websites which have an "endless scrolling" experience with videos, such as reddit or facebook, it is slightly annoying that while I am focusing the middle of the screen, something changes in the top right, making me think a tab has an update and changed title. I have the picture in picture controls turned off in settings (one with the id=pictureInPictureToggleEnabled in general, my Firefox is not English), I thought it would also make said button go away but it does not.

Original Firefox account uses an older email now defunct and is no longer accessible. Security code being sent to add secondary email address can't be completed as older email account isn't accessible. Suggestions?

I own three laptops and they are in my Firefox account and synced. I have several bookmarks for site I frequently visit. On two laptops, based on my settings, when I tap a bookmark it opens up in its own tab. This is how I want these to function. For some reason, my third laptop does not behave in this manner. The new bookmark opens up on the tab I am currently in. It gets bumped and the new bookmark opens. This is exactly how I do not want it to perform. What is going on? Also, when I set up settings doesn't it work for all my laptops since I am signed in?

cleaning up my computer, I accidentally deleted firefox. I had a list of favourite links, and I lost them. Is there any way of recovering my list of favourites?
