I have two credit cards saved in Firefox 147.0.2. When a web site asks for my cc info, a yellow box opens identifying both cards. When I hover over one, the boxes are filled in in yellow. When I click on the card i wish to use, everything disappears and all of the boxes are blank and back to their original color.

I am on a MAC running Tahoe OS 26.2

What am I doing wrong?

My profile images have weird graphical issues behind the profile images. I don't find anyone else mentioning this but I am sure I am not the only one. What can I do to fix this, it is very annoying.

I've lost my bookmarks after Firefox restarted after computer crash today. The bookmarks library is empty, and I could not find another profile. I could not find "Old Firefox Date" on my desktop.

Hi, I set a primary password so that this is required when I first sign in to Firefox but although the request for the password shows up, I realise I only need to press 'cancel' and firefox is opened.

Look at the attachment image. The 'Help' in the Firefox bar won't work anymore. I'm not able to get the Troubleshoot Mode to work.

Using Firevox 142.0.1 on a MacBook Air. I always have "Always ask you where to save files" checked in Preferences, but lately it sometimes fails to ask me. For example, if I try to download a file from Google Drive. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there something I can do about it?

FF does not block pop ups when box checked.

Firefox Permissions yesterday blocked Pop Up for viewing my online documents with message "Permission to access file denied" .

I was able to view my online documents after Adding the merchants website to Firefox Permission Exception for Pop Ups, clicked "Allow" and Clicked "Save Changes".   

Next day, the Merchants website no longer appear in Permission Pop Up Exceptions Window, its now empty.

And now I am no longer able to block viewing my online documents as Pop Ups - my online documents are no longer Blocked when I click the "View" button -even though Permission Block Pop Ups box is checked and no websites appear in Permission block Pop Ups Exception Window.

I have tried a few suggestions from Reddit which did not solve the issue.

Please help.

Hi, I tried to drag and move a tab (worked everytime till now). After I tried to move it toolbar freezed (The image is what I mean by toolbar). Url bar, forward, backward, refresh and 3 lines for settings doesnt work. Only things that works is downloads and side bar. I can also click on tabs and they will open, but moving them wont work. Drag and move options is True.

When I try to quit and reopen firefox, everything works fine until I try to move a tab again. I tried editing the tool bar and default toolbar settings, that wont work either.

Good evening, I have a problem with notifications, they suddenly stopped coming from the websites on my Mac computer, please what should I do?Please, if you can fix it, because I don't know, I will also send you the version of the rest of my Mac's accountant. as well as the problem with notifications not coming to me. as well as the Firefox update.

I'm running Firefox 147.0.2 on a 2020 MacBook M1, with Tahoe 26.2, and appear to have 2 versions of 'identical' Firefox on my machine. Applications shows only 1, but there are 2 distinceticons on my Tool Bar. I'd like to delete one of them, but can't do it successfully. Any help appreciated!

I have tried 4-5 times today unsuccessfully to setup my Firefox browser on my new Mac laptop. Cannot seem to actually receive any emails from Firefox with the verification codes. Have checked my spam filters, no emails sent there. Nothing sent to other email folders. Made sure accounts@firefox is in my address book. Not forwarded to another email address. And have sent test emails to my account associated with my Firefox account. They come thru successfully. But nothing at all from Firefox. Is there an email problem today from the Firefox servers?
