Hello Mozilla Support,

I am encountering display issues with my WordPress website, which is dedicated to a fan-made game called Pokémon Infinite Fusion. The site appears to load correctly on other browsers like Chrome and Edge, but certain elements are not displaying properly on Firefox.

What I Tried:

   CSS and JavaScript Debugging: Checked and validated CSS and JavaScript for compatibility issues.
   Browser Cache Clearing: Cleared the cache and cookies in Firefox to ensure it wasn’t a caching issue.
   Add-ons Disabled: Ran Firefox in Safe Mode with all add-ons disabled to see if any extensions were causing the issue.
   Responsive Design Mode: Used Firefox's Responsive Design Mode to check how the site renders on different screen sizes.
   Error Console: Reviewed the Error Console in Firefox to identify any specific errors or warnings.

What I Expected:

I expected that the website would display consistently across all browsers, including Firefox.

What Actually Happened:

Despite my efforts, certain elements on the site, such as images and interactive features, still do not display correctly on Firefox. These issues are not present on other browsers, which suggests a compatibility problem specific to Firefox.

Questions:

   Are there any known compatibility issues between Firefox and certain WordPress themes or plugins that might cause this problem?
   Could there be specific CSS or JavaScript practices that work in other browsers but not in Firefox?
   Are there additional tools or techniques in Firefox that I can use to diagnose and fix these display issues?

I would appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to resolve these display issues. Ensuring a consistent user experience across all browsers is important for my website.

I cannot open the uwyo.edu website on my Firefox browser. I have no problems with other browsers. I tried and checked the solutions people shared, but none of them worked for me. I checked the DNS and different networks, and I also checked the link below:

I have been trying to solve this for a few days now. I tried to watch Netflix when it said, "Firefox is installing components needed to play the audio or video on this page. Please try again later."

I found out this was due to Widevine not being installed AT ALL on my browser for some reason. The plugins manager has been saying that it will "be installed shortly" for a week now. I already tried toggling DRM off and on multiple times. I already tried using troubleshooting mode. I already checked GMP preferences to make sure nothing relating to Widevine was set to 'false'. I already tried turning off my antivirus long enough to try everything again and still nothing has changed. I do not have any VPNs running either. I am attaching a screenshot of what the browser console shows when I toggle DRM off and on again and try to run Netflix. I am also attaching what the gmp toggles say. Please help me figure out what is wrong!

Hello, I want to add a secondary email to my Mozilla account. I have looked at the help page but can't get the first step of the instructions to work. See image 1 below.

This is the only "Burger" I can see, and I am Signed In to Support. See image 2 below.

This Menu does not have an option for "Manage Account"

This is not a bug or issue, rather a use case question. I have a webpage with information and I don't want to accidentally click or submit anything on the page.

This could also be considering having a form etc in draft form as view-only so you go into "View Only Mode" and work the webpage as a reference etc. without having to worry about any accidental submission or mistakes.

If someone knows of Add-ons or how we can achieve it with FF, it would be much appreciated. Posting, since I expect to have this case often.

When I open Firefox browser the browser restsets and changes color to pink in the web address line. I have asked this question before. Is there someone technically familar with Firefox that can resolve this issue?

I have two questions regarding the usage of a private window. I am using 126.0.1 on a mac desktop (and laptop) using 13.6.7 ventura. Long time user of firefox, but new to private windows.

1) I am using a popup blocker on firefox (UBlock Origin). Its icon shows on the browser window, but in a private window the icon disappears and I am getting popups. Do pop up blockers work in a private window? Is there a setting for that? 2) on my main browser Firefox home page I have 4 rows of shortcuts. On a private window home page there are none, and no settings icon to address this. Are shortcuts allowed on a private window home page and, if so, how to add?

I accidentally closed my Previous Tabs Session and am unable to find them. I've tried some of the online tips but am still unsuccessful. Is there somewhere on my computer where I can find the previous tabs that I had open in Firefox?

Hi. I am getting vertical lines sometimes. I have included two screen shots. I have checked browser.display.document_color_use = 0, and it was zero. I have tired this in Chrome and it works fine. And I tried in Firefox safe mode, and it still does these strange lines on some websites. I am running Windows 10, and have no other graphic issues except these lines. Websites are Windy.com and google maps. Thanks very much! James

Hello! I have Firefox and Google set to Dark Mode. Suddenly this week, when I do a search, the answers are coming up not in dark mode. I can hit refresh several times and it will eventually go back to being Dark.

I have checked and I am running the lastest version of Firefox and my Windows is up to date.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi, in my settings Firefox is set to "remember history", but there are no options for how long and when i look into my history, it doesn't go back further than a year. I found a few answers to this on some forums talking about the places.history.expiration.max_pages setting and others about the places.history.expiration.transient_current_max_pages setting but those don't exist in my Firefox and the threads are more than a decade old. I currently have version 126.0.1 64bit on Linux. How can i keep my history forever?

I'm trying to add the Adobe Acrobat extension for some forms since I prefer it over the app, but it does not seem to be available in Firefox's extension add-ons. The instructions I found from Adobe themselves don't seem to account for the most recent version (unclear which version I have, I got it off the microsoft store) and there's a FAQ board saying the extension is only available for versions 73 and older. Is it simply not available for me or am I not looking hard enough? Thanks!

Hi my old account email doesnt exist anymore, I cannot log into that account so i cant login to Firefox because its sending a confirmation code to my old email but i cannot login to this email account anymore so i cant get the code to login to firefox. Is there anyway I can still change the email adress from my account? Thank you!

i formatted my computer, and used last session .Json files to restore my tabs from before. this allowed me to have my tabs. but even weeks after reinstalling, Firefox does something uncharacteristic. it opens with one window with one tab. then after a second or two, it closes. and then reopens with all the tabs. I would consider a re-install but i don't want to lose the tabs again, and i have 2 computers with different tab sessions (different users on the reformatted one as its a family computer)

When selecting a file to upload, firefox freezes, when windows file explore pops up to select a file. Looked through a the help articles, but many are older and do not relect on my perticular issue, or they are to technical for me. Need to register a product and must upload a photo and order cop...go figure???

This error started a few days ago. I tried to do a system restore but that failed and now I can't find the restore point that I was using just yesterday. It only happens in FireFox, edge and chrome seem to work ok

A while ago I stupidly deleted my main email for my Firefox account (I didn't realize at the time that they were connected). It was a protonmail account so there are 0 methods of account recovery. I want to switch the primary email to a non-deleted email, however I obviously cant because I cant get the verification code that is sent to the primary in order to allow that to happen. Is there something to do about this or am I screwed?
