Forum pomocy dla programu Firefox

Hello. I have 2 Other Bookmarks Folders. One near the top under the Bookmarks Toolbar & one at the bottom. They seem to have the same folders & bookmarks. I'd like to delete one, but I'm apprehensive about that because I think I would end up deleting both of them.

Any suggestions. Why do I have two? Thanks In Advance, Carol

A tab for the Etsy website automatically appears every time FF starts up. How to stop this?

Just began after using the site a couple of times, but I did not indicate or click a setting on the Etsy site to ask for this.

All solution suggestions seem to be for pop-up ads, and don't work to block a website. Is there a way to block this?

YOU KNOW I HAVE OTHER PROGRAMS TO RUN AND FIREFOX HAS BECOME SO BLOATED THAT IT EATS UP ALL MY RAM FURTHER MORE I PURCHASED FIRESHOT AND I CAN'T RUN IT BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO LET ANYONE RUN AN ADD ON. THIS BUSINESS OF UPDATE AND BING HERE IS ANOTHER UPDATE AND CONSTANTLY BEING PLAGUED TO UPDATE FIREFOX. YOU COULD PUT ALL YOUR UPDATE IN ONE UPDATE. YOU COULD SPEND A LITTLE TIME AND TAKE THE BLOAT OUT OF FIREFOX. IT DOES NOT HAVE TO SO BIG. IT DOES NOT NEED TO COVET ALL THE RAM.

Contacted Specrum Customer Service because I couldn't login to my account. Rep told me it was a browser issue and suggested I try a different browser. I did so and was able to successfully log in to the Spectrum Site. What do you thing is the problem with Firefox and the Spectrum site? Everything else I log in to works fine.
