It's coming from. The link I got is * , local, 169 .254/16 . Any help would be much appreciated I've had security issues and known there was something going on and need accountable proof toward the individual whom is very close to me. Sure there's one out there who has experience or had some one borderline stalking them it's rather unsettling .
