Ok, so here's the thing. I needed to reinstall my computer, so before doing it I set up Sync and synced all my bookmarks and passwords and everything. Now that I've reinstalled everything, I tried to recover all the information from Sync. I connected to my account and entered the key, but nothing happened, none information was recovered. How do I get it back? I am using OS X.
