On a Business site, I cannot get 3rd party provided info when clicked

I go to an MLS business site. I can log in, and get Reports they provide "directly". I cannot get Maps or Searches of Houses that they contracted to a 3rd party. Its on the same site, just one click, but I presume that click brings up the 3rd party information. I have windows 7, 64 bit which they say should operate OK. You cant get into the site without a password, or contact Administration. The MLS also advised not to update Firefox to 4.0 right now. It doesnt work as well. I also tried Explorer 32 bit. I think it must be in Browsers Security. Thank you. Ronnapi@sbcglobal.net
