Hi Rob, if you have been using Firefox Sync, signing into your Mozilla account should bring over your old browser data. See: How do I set up Sync on my computer?
If you have not been using Firefox Sync or you cannot remember your password, do you still have access to the old computer? You can manually copy files as described in the following article: Restore bookmarks, passwords, and data from an old Firefox profile.
