The easiest method is Firefox Sync On your old computer: Click the menu button > Sign in to Sync and make sure bookmarks are selected to sync. You can manage what's synced in your Sync settings. Firefox will begin uploading your data to your account. On your new computer: Click the menu button > Sign in to Sync > Sign in with the same Firefox Account email and password you used on your old computer.
